LOVE the color (blue). Its great for a temporary sofa, but its not a piece to have in a family room for high/use. Its not a sofa youd want to curl up on and watch a movienot super comfy.
This companys customer service is top notch. They are very quick to respond and happy to help anyway they can. You can tell they value their customers. This sofa is a beautiful navy blue. It was easy to put together and looks nice. The cushions are a little harder then we were expecting, but we are still happy with the sofa. You wont regret it!
First ! The color is the most important thing to me about this couch! Its beautiful and matched my pillows and accessories perfectly! Very easy to assemble. I thought the bolsters were missing but they are tucked away under the back of the couch. The material is very nice and soft. Couch is a little too firm for my liking but Ill manage! When I placed my order the Sofa in this color (peacock blue) was not available as an option. However the images for what was the loveseat only displayed the measurements and size of the sofa now available as well. When I received the loveseat I was unhappy that it was smaller than I expected, pics included. The loveseat is small for two grown adults but fine for one to lounge comfortably. I spoke with the seller about this and they were very responsive and provided me a small refund for the miss information. I love the loveseat itself/ color is exactly as pictured and beautiful, fabric is of good quality, cushions are not flimsy, and over all it is comfortable. The instructions were a little confusing and I needed my partners help to lift things, so definitely consider that. Additionally they did not say what the Washers were for (the go on the screws before you start to screw them on the inside of the couch for the base board to attach to) Nor did it say where the bolsters were (I had to ask the seller and they are in the zipper at the bottom back of the back rest piece! I totally missed that and thought we didnt receive them)
The length of the sofa perfectly fits the space. (You can see my AC is right next to it) It literally took no more than 15 minutes to assemble, you basically only need to assemble the back, legs, and the armrest. The velvet material feels so comfortable and the sofa itself is pretty firm. I would recommend this sofa if youre looking for a firm one. Only cons would be the transportation took a little longer than expected but its definitely worth the wait! Pay attention to the pictures!
I got the dark blue sofas (2 of them) and they arrived quickly and well packaged. They were very easy to put together. For those saying you didnt get the bolster pillowsthere is a zippered pouch on the bottom of the back rest where they should be located. I got mine. Couches have low backs, but we find them very comfortable. They are rather firm. Comfortable to sit and lay on in our opinion. Love it
Im a tall guy 63 so it seems short to me like a lot of furniture on but its very easy to assemble and beautiful . Im happy even if I do look like Hagrid. We have no dislikes
