The sofa is a few shades deeper than ginger actually, but the cushions are firm and the backseat is comfortable. I especially liked how the fabric feels so soft too! It was very easy to assemble, did it by myself actually.
For 1 this couchs fabric is soooo soft. The color is beautiful and it fits just right in my small apartment, it was a breeze to build in my experience no 100 step ikea stuff. I will likely purchase the love seat as well to complete my livingroom.
So the couch is pretty. Sturdy feelings and hard/soft in a good way. But the 70inch sofa is very small. The dimensions place the seating area around 60 inches which I feel they shouldnt list as a full 70 inch sofa but it is what it is. I reached out to the seller because I thought they sent me the loveseat but they say its the right one. They refunded 40 for the misunderstanding which was nice. But yes very small.
I like my new sofa! You wont find a sofa like this, especially for this price. Absolutely comfortable and beautiful. Its a great size for small or medium rooms and offices. Also, I would like to order another one.
I received this couch a week earlier than the shipping initially said and I was so excited. But as I was starting to build the couch I realized that in the baggie of needed items, they gave me two spare wooden dowels instead of the two washers I needed to attach the legs. I contacted the seller and they quickly shipped out an entire new baggie of parts and four extra legs. Once the washers got here, again, I was very excited to build my couch. I followed all of the instructions to a T but when I flipped the couch right/side/up after attaching the legs, I heard a cracking sound so I flipped it back over and realized one of the wooden dowels in one of the legs had snapped in half. Unfortunately I cant use any of the spare legs I received because I cant get the broken half of the dowel out of the couch without it splintering more and at this point Im about ready to throw the whole couch away. Save your money and sanity and buy a different couch.
Color and look of it are great (perfection). I just would say the back is lower than I expected (not a problem for me since its mainly for kids) and its not the most sturdy thing in the world. Like you should probably have it against a wall.
I would not do this as your main couch. Having said that, I dont mind sitting on it and have even dozed off on it. Its not horrible. Just doesnt feel large/heavy/solid/stable enough to be the main couch. Great for a little used area and if you want a loveseat feel.
I initially gave a bad review but have changed it to a 3/4 star. Its really cute with a great color and matches my retro vibe. I mostly needed somewhere for my adult children to sit when they visit. This works for that and its not uncomfortable.
