Love this bed! My toddler was so excited! Only reason I say 4 and not 5 stars is the top step to the ladder is a little tricky for kid since it’s so close to bed itself. Super sturdy.
It would definitely be best to have two people to put the bed together. It is very sturdy. I had one of the two support beams break within a week of putting it together from being warped. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded, gathered the needed information by a couple of emails and quickly got the replacement part sent. They were very kind, considerate and understanding. I would definitely recommend this bed and have no hesitation contacting customer service if you have any issues.
Would have given it a 5 star but for some reason one of the screws didn’t went all the way in where it was supposed to go. Over all is great I think, building instructions where easy to follow.
Super cute bed and not bad but some pieces came broken. I am attempting to fix the pieces myself since I didn’t get to the broken pieces until it was almost all the way built. The stair railing and steps were broken.
Perfect bed for my little one who was transitioning from a toddler bed, to a big kid bed! Great height, not too tall but tall enough to where you can have playtime underneath. I would recommend getting a 6 mattress. It fit perfectly.
My kids absolutely love it. But it wasn’t so easy to put together as it came in two boxes and the pieces were everywhere. Also all put together it is a very shaky bed anytime they get on it. It shakes and isn’t as sturdy as I wanted it to be.
It’s a cute bed. No pieces arrived damaged or damaged while putting it together. Took a few hours to put together. The height of the bed is lower than I wanted it to be so I don’t know how long my child will be able to hang out under neath. I would get bed risers for it but the slide wouldn’t reach the floor.
