We had a small issue with the product and customer service was the best Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They made the issue right and went way above and beyond of their follow up and making me feel like a valued customer. Would do business with them again for anything we possibly can! Really Happy!!
Full transparency: I ordered this unit and it was missing some pieces, BUT they were incredibly swift in their response and sent a whole new unit and I didnt have to return the original. They even sent a follow up gift as an apology for the issue. Was such a nice surprise The instructions in the new unit sent were much better than the original sent, and the construction was much better as well. This is a great accent piece in my office. Ill probably buy more pieces from them, even if there is an issue its nice to know they are willing to fix it right away. This was definitely a good choice.
assembly was a pain. Instructions lacked clear explanation, but it looks really nice put together. Not as sturdy as I would like but it is one of my favorite pieces in the dining room. This is a cute design,
Excellent packaging as it was received showing carton damage, but contents were in fine shape. Easily assembled with the included instructions (which were written by someone who actually speaks and understands english) Since we arent planning disassembly.ever, I used a bit of wood glue on the screws for added strength. The wall anchor is a nice touch. This unit is perfect for the intended space and met expectations. Dont over think it, youll love it!!
I ordered two of these and one arrived with a defect. Two of the factory installed screw threads were missing. As a result, there is a slight gap at one of the seams. I contacted the company and they were very quick to respond. I requested that they send some of the screw threads, but instead they sent us an entire new Telos. No questions asked. They dont even want the defective one back. As if that wasnt enough, a couple weeks later we received some high quality chocolates in the mail as an additional apology.

I am still only giving 4 stars though because one of the original units and the replacement unit both smell like they were near a chemical fire or something. They REAK like burning electronics or something. The smell has receded some, but its been a few months and I still get hints of the smell. Better than the picture!

It is made out of MDF fiberboard with the exception of the wood paneling front, which gives this storage cabinet its unique appearance. The gold feet is a nice semi/matte gold so its not too a shiny, mirror, gold. I love it and totally recommend it!

I opted not to replace it as I didnt want to waste the product and asked if I could instead get a discount on the bookshelf I wanted from their company. Instead of doing that they sent me the bookcase and a box of Godiva chocolates for free! I was win no way expecting such generosity and kindness.
