I contacted directly by clicking on their name in this web site. Their response was fast. They were very eager to help and communicated several times to ensure they were sending the parts I needed. The parts were delivered as they promised and in a very timely manner. Frankly, their entire response exceeded my expectation. I would recommend buying from this company and if we need another trampoline in the future, we will buy another . Very impressed with the quality.
