I previously (towards the end of 2020) wrote a poor review about this company because I had misunderstood some the facts surrounding my attempt to return a product. That was my error. I returned one size trampoline and purchased a smaller one and my refund was in fact issued. As to the product itself, it works aming and everyone that uses it loves it.
Quick and easy to assembly. A rather light trampoline, makes it easy to move around in the yard, but I do recommend weighing it down once in place. My son is enjoying every minute of it. Pair it with sprinklers for lots of fun!

One of the poles broke another 2 were bent ( probably from my over tightening them) I contacted the company through , they sent me one of the 3 boxes, essentially giving me an extra net more spare parts than I needed. I am very happy with the result. FYI/ only use the tools they give you, dont over tighten, especially the poles that connect the net to the frame! very sturdy and stylish
This trampoline is perfect for us! It was much easier to assemble than expected. My husband and I had it put together in an hour or so. The only negative is that it arrived in 3 separate shipments, weeks apart from each other, so I was concerned about the status there for a while. But my son loves it and seems sturdy and safe.

So glad I ordered this. It was easy to put together and the kids love it. I got the 14 trampoline and its perfect.

Worth the price last for long time
Good quality had this up for little over 5 years still looks like day that I got it just had to replace the side pad because used a lot
