This started out as a 5 Star. We loved this trampoline, fast ship, great quality. Then it was the victim of a storm. We just need one replacement part in order to use our 1 year old trampoline, but the manufacturer hasnt contacted me back. Im trying again, for the third time. If they step up and help out a customer, Ill revise my review. But as of right now, I do not recommend this company.Very disappointed with this purchase.

Weve only had the trampoline set up for one day but we love it. We bought the 10ft version. A little on the small side but for my 2 and 5 year old its perfect. Its suprisingly quiet too, no squeaky, squawky springs. Be sure not to lose any parts as they send you exactly what you need. No extras. Also, when assembling circular frame to tee peices, make sure the spring holes are facing up, its not specified in the instructions and I had to flip it over after getting halfaway thru assembly. Also, it came in 3 boxes, which arrived at separate times. All in all, great trampoline for 200.
Only leaving review now. Had for over a year. I love it and its held up well outdoor in Chicago all winter. Purchased mainly because weight limit is higher than most and its been great, no issues.
It says that the weight capacity is 375 weve had up to four teens jumping at once and gilds really good. At first the kids did not want the guard around but now they wouldnt change it. Would definitely recommend.
