I got mine today. Similar to some of the comments, I cannot secure the bar with the screws because the holes are not aligned properly. Did anybody got one with the holes lining up or they are all defected? I noticed two of the legs are slanted. Last but not least, one of the legs is dented so I cant even install it on the trampoline.
My main question is, should I refund or exchange? I am wondering if anybody received one without any issues?
I have less than 4 months of having bought it and I already had to buy spare parts for the bands. Also the seams are breaking. I bought two. That only happens to one. My husband is heavier and nothing happened to his. Mine probably came out defective. Fast service.
Im glad i now have a rebounder with a bar to hold on to. Its a lot more fun to use because i am not worried about falling off. The videos on line all use one too.
This size also has bungee cords instead of metal springs so it bounces smoother. Takes up less space.
This trampoline looks fantastic and is so fun to use. It was a bit challenging to put together by myself and needed my husbands help. This is a great quality trampoline. I have recommended it a few times already to friends and family. very stable.
