This is good for mild to moderate exercise. If youre looking to do intense exercise or are on the heavy end (I am less than 150lbs) I would recommend something more sturdy. No noise because it has bungees instead of springs and it came with two extra replacement bungees. Thanks.
Not sure if it is me (195lbs and 75 y o) or the trampoline, but, I barely get any rebounding divide (height) between me the platform. Possibly the bungee design?
The only thing thats a bit of a let down with this product is the fact it came missing 4 security screws. Thankfully I have spare but it would have been nice to recieve ALL the necessary components to safely assemble this product Best purchase yet!
It has a bit more give than I thought it would. I expected a firmer trampoline surface, but that may be due to it having bungees and not hard springs. It works great and seems sturdy enough. Fun to use while watching shows. Bless your hearts.
First trampoline I go I cant compare but I feel like it doesnt have that much hop to it.
it says 15 min run is just the same as a run but an hour of free Jump burned the same calories as a 45 min run. Not bad. I weight 130, 53. So I have to work harder to burn calories woke up with a ache back I cant say if that was from jumping but it could be.
Update 3/11/22 threading on trampoline is coming out its not gonna last very long I like it.
Didnt like how material on top of trampoline doesnt lie flat like picture shows. Takes 2 people to open when 1st putting together. No (2) letter L parts in box. Beautiful!!
Im obsessed and I do love it! However, it was not at all easy to unfold and it wouldnt be easy to refold and unfold again in terms of storage, so it does take up a lot of space but I get great use out of it! Perfect and Sturdy.

The handle moves too much for me
The handle doesnt feel right, it moves while jumping and makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Good for its value.
