So far so good after only 1 day. I purchased this on a recommendation from the NY Times. Put it together by myself without difficulties. Follow instructions exactly and there shouldnt be a problem. All the parts were there. Being natural, you do have to put in some work if you want a basic finish for protection and appearance, and I couldnt be bothered to do that as Im tired from a moderately physical job. The frame is sturdy, with no squeaking. After 30 days of breaking in, Ill tighten up the bolts as is typically recommended. Slat distance is appropriate for a standard memory foam mattress, though I had a flat enough futon to serve as a base and also boost the height. Mattress size is somewhat flexible as it sits on top of the platform with no guardrails except for the headboard.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid, all-metal platform for a mattress. I dont think a springbox is needed. Also, the package was shipped and arrived within a week. It is unstained so I suppose you can paint or stain it.
I purchased the queen size bed frame for my son. Assembly was very easy. The bed frame is very sturdy and well made. I had to request a replacement leg. I contacted and let them know I purchased the bed frame through , the replacement leg was shipped out the following day. Great product , excellent customer service!
The quality is great. It was super easy to assemble and its very sturdy and looks nice. The thing to keep in mind is the last board of the headboard is pretty high up so anything over an 9 mattress is ideal. The pillow falls through with our almost 8 mattress. I contacted Customer service to purchase an additional headboard connector (sold separately). It was shipped super fast. I was able to install the Extra board and now its perfect! Extremely happy with the purchase and will be buying another one for my other son. Great bed frame for the price. Fast shipping and flawless transaction. Would highly recommend.
Like the quality of the metal, sturdiness of frame and once put together it is an attractive piece of furniture. Took a skillful person 30 minutes to assemble! Best is its with poplar metal and shipping is less than a week. This is the 4th Platform Frame we bought and its an amazing good value.
