Im satisfied overall with this bed. It seems sturdy and was easy enough to assemble. Im an average size, not physically very strong woman, and was able to put it together myself in under an hour.
My only complaint is that the under-the-bed clearance is advertised as being 10.5 inches. Mine is only 10.25 inches. This is a quarter inch too short for me to fit a standard size milk crate underneath, which is what I intended to do. Now I either have to buy risers (which I dont really want to do, as my mattress height is exactly where I want it), or buy different storage bins that fit (which I also dont want to do, since I already have storage bins that would fit if the dimensions were as advertised and I dont want the extra expense.)
This was so easy to put together and way better then what I was expecting. It was packaged amazing, no damage what so ever. It even came with a ratchet to tighten everything and it is very nice to have for other things with that type of screw. One thing though the middle support bar IS NOT wood. Its only a metal piece so the picture is deceiving. I was able to keep my headboard from my old frame and it works perfectly with this. Very pleased with my purchase. Hoping that it lasts a long time.

Not only does it come with a lot of pieces of styrofoam (cant they find a better /easier to recycle packaging material?), each little or big piece of styrofoam is wrapped in plastic. So if, like me, you try to recycle where you can, you have to unwrap the plastic off each piece -- something Ive never experienced before.
Not much interest in the environment, apparently.
(I wont talk about or rate shipping hassles and miscommunication because I believe that was fault of N, not the bed manufacturer.)
The quality is so much better than I imagined! The instructions and assembly was really easy and I was able to put it together all by myself. The quality of the wood is really nice and my bed looks really great!
