Purchased a Queen size and, despite seeing several bad reviews, I absolutely love it. Was easy to put together (I just simply added a 16 foot multi/color LED strip with remote along bottom that really looks great), remote is great with many features, etc. My wife and I retired early and we use the adjustable bed features daily and never once have I had a single problem. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS here with exception of wanting to purchase an additional one but dont like the fact that the price went up from 458 to 606 for a Queen in less than 18 months. Seems rediculous for such an increase in price in such a short period.
We ordered two twin xl to make a split king. The frame is very sturdy and solid. It is also very quiet when it operates. Unfortunately, a few months later, one of the beds has completely stopped working. We replaced the batteries in the remote, attempted to re/sync the remote, and even disconnected and re/attached all the cords. No luck. As much as I want to love these frames, I cant recommend anything that dies after a few months. So disappointed.
Dont listen to all those negative reviews. This is the best investment Ive ever made in my whole life. I have had back pain my leg was amputated and I have nerve pain this bed has helped all of this. When I first got it and put the massager on I would be asleep before the massager stopped. I would recommend this to anyone with a medical condition or not. I cant say enough about this bed and wish I had it years and years ago. The only thing I would like to know is how high of a foam mattress can you put on it the price was right it was so simple to put together I could do it in my wheelchair! I love the adjustable legs. Just one thing, I would like to know how high of a mattress is appropriate for this bed. I have a king size bed. Tons of storage underneath, I used my old headboard for it and it fit perfectly. All of my friends have laid in it with the massager on and they all want one. Very easy to make the bed. It is the best bed I have ever owned. Financially as soon as I am able I want to start replacing four other beds I have in my home. I will edit my review and send a picture as soon as my sheets come in . the bed is pretty good. It definitely took two people / one that is pretty strong / to assemble. The speed of raising and lowering is good. The configuration with the foot raised is a little awkward and constricting. My only issue is that after 10 months the remote failed. The manual was very poor in giving any trouble shooting advise. I did finally figure out how to reset the pairing of the remote, had to crawl under the bed to find the button. That is difficult for an older person such as me. My husband is almost bed bound and we have been without the ability to move the bed for almost a month / partly due to the tie required to follow up and figure out trouble shooting. I have now ordered a new remote. Will see if that works well.
My new adjustable bed has NEVER had vibration. It lights up but never turns on. There is no way I could return the product / even though it grunts, groan, and creaks as it changes form! I wrote to the manufacturer on the sheet they enclosed asking that we contact them first. Ive never heard from them. I know why it has just a three/year warrrany. My first generation Temperpedic lasted twenty years until my husband put the wrong battery in the remote. Getting the old out of the bedframe and out of the house was difficult and costly. I would appreciate the manufacturer contact me if there is a resolution to the vibration issue or explain the painful sounds made durng the action.
My wife and I use the messaging feature every night! Puts us straight to sleep. Adjustable base is as good as any other brand and it is definitely worth the money considering the price of a tempurpedic brand is about 3 times more.

No vibration at all and creaking sound as the fame moves up and down.
