The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of a pretty noticeable gash in the middle of the bed frame. The shipping was relatively quick. After installing it I tested the features on it and I must admit I am quite impressed with how sturdy and smoothly the bed frame adjusted. The massage feature is quite nice especially with the variety of choices you have with the settings. I did read the reviews prior to ordering this bed frame and I was worried about the leg attachments due to one customer mentioning the legs where not even. I am not worried anymore about the legs now since I didnt have that issue.
Overall, I would still recommend this product regardless.
The bed allows me to watch TV for hours on end in multiple positions. I wish it had a another fold just for the head and neck, but overall I would buy it again. Make sure to get a deep pocket fitted sheet. The standard pocket sheet came off the corners every night.

Jim was aming and he told me exactly what to do and once all his suggestions failed to produce result, he sent me a new motor. I would have given it a 3 star but the service and replacement made it a 5.
Heres the deal. I like this platform. However, it wasnt well thought out for example, I ordered a king bed and it only comes with one remote (I didnt even get one, mine was missing I had to call and get them to ship me that and legs that were missing) further they have a great function on the bed two charging port but again only on one side of the bed. I would understand on a twin but this is a king. Also it doesnt come with bed strap so often the bed isnt on platform if I get up the bottom of bed just floats. The massager is ok but it should be called a fibration. Anyways, this isnt cheap but it less inexpensive of similar beds and it serves my needs. I just wish they thought the product through a little more.
