I was hesitant because of other reviews but we have nothing but GOOD THINGS to say about it. The remote has everything we want, it was super easy to assemble and works great.
Nice quality product that is designed very well. We have a King Purple 4 (204 lb) mattress on it and it is no problem. This thing is awesome and for the money it is a steal of a deal. Took us about 20 minutes to setup. Could not have been easier. This is the one to get for sure.
Been using it for about two weeks and so far very happy. Assembly was dirt simple. Unfold it once out of the box. Screw in the legs, flip it over and plug it in. Done.
Massager is rather weak compared to my old adjustable bed but not a huge deal for me. I rarely use it.
The motors on this unit about the 1/3rd of the size of my old bad. Thats concerning to me but then again I paid about a 1/3 of the price. if you are adjusting your bed constantly it might be an issue long term.
I love how quickly it arrived and that it works just as it advertised. I love that the head of the bed and the foot both rise up and down. The presets are also wonderful. The flat feature takes you to the normal position quickly. The massager only vibrates, but there are 3 strength levels to the vibration. I love it! Everyone should buy one of these.
I love this bed! I watch TV sitting up which is like lounging in a recliner. I use the trusty remote to lower head and feet when its time to snooze. I keep the head elevated a little bit when I sleep to help with reflux instead of propping myself up with pillows which gets uncomfortable. I will really enjoy this bed as I get older, but Im loving it now!
I like the product overall, i ordered new item but received opened one and the foot motor had broken pieces, i was able to fix the issue and glue some pieces back together.
I didnt return it because its super heavy and i gont have a car big enough to deliver it to post office.
The product is good but my experience was bad
