Love this bed! It was just as described in color and in quality. The parts came organized and even included its own tightening tool. It was easy to put together and very sturdy! Overall I am so impressed!
This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there. easy to put together. not needing a box spring makes it easier for my older dog to get up and down off the bed. also nice to be able to sit on the bed and reach the floor lol
Ive put together LOTS of furniture in my day. This was a joy to assemble. I would happily buy again from this company. I got a twin size to use as the foundation for a daybed in my living room. Its beautiful, and Im very happy with the purchase.
Easy to put together, comfy and just as easy to disassemble when moving I no longer wake up during the middle of the night because painful pressure on ny joints. So grateful for this product
One of the main boards was missing the threaded insert nut that basically holds the frame together. In order to fix this, I cant just get replace that one board. I have to repack this bedframe (which is large and heavy), schedule a pick-up with UPS (because it doesnt fit in my car and I cant lift it anyways). Then I have to have an entire new bedframe sent to me. Such a stupid hassle! - you should really come up with a more efficient, environmentally-friendly way of replacing defective pieces. What a waste of time, energy and materials. That being said, the overall first-impression quality is really nice for the price. Solid wood, easy assembly. There arent a lot of parts and pieces and they provide the tools needed to assemble. Not sure on the sturdiness yet as it is currently still in pieces. Stay tuned....

Customer support from this company was exceptional. This is seriously the best bang for your buck when it comes to a bed frame. I love the color, the sturdiness and the overall design. I had a couple of bed frames before, but this is by far the best. It may seem small, but this bed frame prevents the random shin bumps in the middle of the night. I cant say enough how well built this bad boy is; and on top of great craftsmanship, they even provide a Allen ratchet for an excellent assembly experience. There are no blemishes anywhere to be seen, and there was considerable thought in functionality including; the extra support bars, Velcro held horizontal mattress support planks, the adhesive to hold the bed in place, and the exceptional bolts and hole drillings. They even included spare parts for every piece of the assembly hardware. I would highly recommend this frame for anyone and everyone looking!
