We are more than satisfied. Love it It fit perfectly under our window. Its so nice to sit and reflect while looking outside. It provides so much comfort and support. The storage is a great feature.
They responded to my issue very quickly. Living in a very tiny space, I was thrilled to find seating that could seat up to two people, with storage, that I can recline on as well. It was fairly simple to put together. The side and back need to slide in and push them in entirely. Then it is sturdy and ready to go! I love the velvet, the simple elegance that helps tie my room together. Great instructions, all the parts, simple for this senior citizen to handle.

First off, defaulted to the grey 1 after I had selected the grey 2, so I ended up with the wrong orientation, return policy is very vague and the shipping box was destroyed in transit.. so Im stuck with this one.
Second, assembly was a pain. The cushion is so firm that you have to fight to get the back on.
Third: super hard seat, no give at all. If you want something comfy, look elsewhere.
The fabric seems decent and should be easy to vacuum with my dog.
Dogs review: it is too firm. So now I have to buy a memory foam topper for it and cover it with something so he will use it.
The product is very comfortable Absolutely what I was looking for. I got rid of my sectional and miss the open chaise area. I have severe arthritis and laying on my stomach helps so I was laying on the floor and so hard to get up. I put my feet up on the backrest and lay down with head at feet area. It is heaven. I put a grey cushion cover over the cushion so my kids dont stain it.
I thought it was better quality Absolutely love it! A lot harder than I expected however I added two pillows and a blanket over the seat along with some fluffy pillows on the back and now I feel like I sitting on a cloud with leg room to stretch out. The storage feature is awesome.

Nice accent piece for room I love this chaise its sturdy. I rates a four because its small. My legs hang off of it. But it is still comfortable
