The package arrived very quickly. It was heavier than I expected. Opening the box on the first floor and transporting individual items upstairs made the transfer easy and painless. Assembling the bed was easier and quicker than I expected. It took less than half an hour to set-up. The included ratchet tool made assembly even easier. The quality and look is much nicer than the online photos show. Thank you for such a great product.
Perfect for what we needed We bought this bed to serve as the bed in a guest bedroom. The bed came well packaged and easy to assemble. We are very pleased , and will be using it at Thanksgiving.
Pretty and inexpensive Simple easy directions. Im a carpenter, was shocked at how simple it was to assemble. So sturdy, I am truly impressed. I would recommend this product to anyone. My mother picked it for her remodeled bedroom. I think she could have put it together, in time.
Nice mid century look This bed was easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a couple of small scratches on the headboard (though it was packed superbly.) Also, it would have been nicer if the top part of the headboard was one long piece instead of several pieces of wood blended together. The blended pieces of wood were different colors, on mine at least. Still looks great, but you can tell up close. Its a beautiful bed, and a great purchase!
Great for the money We bought this for our college bound son. It ended up being cheaper to buy the platform bed than a complete mattress and boxspring. Easy to unload, packed well and great tool and parts for assembling. It is also appropriate height. We thought this might be great due to the uncertain amount of moves in the future. It is a nice natural color. We used this with a gel foam mattress that rolled out and expanded. This mom could put the whole thing together easily with a hand to hold things in place.
