Oh My Goodness/ never in my life have I experienced such aming customer service. My son broke the door on this table and when I contacted to see if I could get a new door they sent me an entire new table for free. I reiterated to them three times that it was my son who broke the door, and they still sent it to me. They were very quick to respond and took care of everything immediately. As if that wasnt enough, a few weeks after I receive the entirely new table, they sent me a box of chocolates And apologize for any inconvenience. Again, none of this was their fault, yet they did everything within their power to fix it. Absolutely, bar none, the best customer experience I have ever had in my life. I will be buying many future products from .

Great piece to add to a small space. I got this to go in my apartment and it fits perfectly. Took about two hours to assemble and is very sturdy. I am very happy with the customer service and experience I had with the company. Would Recommend! Needs better support
This is a beautiful item of furniture that fits in perfectly with the mid century modern vibe in my home. I think there were more than 200 pieces and it took me several hours to assemble. When I was moving the assembled item to its final location, two screws fell out from the bottom, but the whole thing hasnt fallen apart yet, LOL. There were several screw holes that were drilled crooked, and I must have stripped the screws trying to adjust the alignment of the various pieces. All in all, a great item for the price, but make sure youre handy and have time to put this together. Also the back of the item is very flimsy particleboard, so this piece can only be used against a wall, and not as a divider between two rooms. Easy to assemble just takes a while
Our storage unit was damaged in the box and I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement ASAP. They were so kind and easy to work with. The storage unit was easy to assemble and looks great. I think this is a good option
If you have a degree in mechanical engineering youll have no trouble with assembly.
Otherwise, youll be left scratching your head with the confusing instructions.
The instructions are not very clear and in fact some steps are missing.
To add insult to injury, the manufacturer sprinkled snarky commentary on an effort to be humourous. A failed attempt at that.
If had the choice to rebut this again, Id abstain.
This stand is great, it has a lot in the cabinets and its super sturdy. Arrived in good condition and was relatively easy to put together with the instruction manual provided. Definitely easier than your average ikea piece of furniture, and I think it looks nicer too. I definitely recommend this piece!
I love this cabinet! It turned out so cute. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were straight forward, and its exactly what I was hoping for. It did take some time to put together by myself due to all of the different pieces and steps, but worth it. You cant beat the price either! The only complaint I would have is that it scratches rather easily, otherwise 10/10. This product is pretty decent for the price
