Netting came with a decent hole in it. We like the product for our kid to practice Gymnastics but it was a lot to put together and to redo the netting would have been a pain. We ended up putting a 5 by 5 patch of gorilla tape To cover it but honestly looks crappy. The kids dont care but for the price it is a little upsetting.
Love this trampoline!! Purchased in December for a big Christmas gift, now in may its still in like-new condition. The poll padding near the entrance zipper is the only place you can see any wear. I covered it with heavy duty waterproof tape and its perfect for easy grip entry and exits. We havent gotten a ladder yet because it took me a bit to make a decision on one. Im SO glad I talked my husband into this gift for our kids, especially now that were stuck at home homeschooling!! All 5 of us have jumped together and weve already created some of our most fun memories together. Easy to assemble, took us 4 hours with 3 adults and a few breaks. The netting is fantastic and has really done a great job keeping my kiddos safe. Its taken a beating with play and weather, and its still not showing any aging. Highly recommend!!

Trampolines can be dangerous so weve gone the extra mile to make sure our yard is fully gated and the zipper is locked when we leave home. Our kids range in age from 4-11, its possible for all 3 kids to jump together. Taking turns and moving from end to end to make sure theyre far enough apart to play safely. Great shape and size for multiple users. We researched many brands, sizes and shapes, this is by far the best choice for our needs.
This has been a great addition to our backyard activities during the pandemic. My 8-year-old loves the rectangle design to practice her tumbling while the gyms are closed. She is able to do multiple back handsprings and flips since it is 14 feet long. Highly recommend!
It arrived in two days. The boxes were fine (not like the pictures from other posts). It is relatively easy to assemble (it takes a while but it is straight forward). Perfect for diver training...in quarantine.

We werent supposed to get the product until Sept 3rd. We go it on August 27th. I has an address change and I emailed them and they got back to me in less than a day. I was able to fix that through FedEx since they already shipped. Was missing the sprinkler and they had one shipped to me in 2 business days. We all love it. It was super easy to put up. If you need a trampoline, this is the place to buy it from.
I am very disappointed in the tool they sent to attach springs! It broke after attaching two springs! Which caused us to take three times longer attaching springs and a lot of hand damage! The rest of assembly was pretty straightforward.
Really like the trampoline. Very good quality. Would have given it 5 but strings came frayed and had to be replaced. However, customer service returned my message quickly and strings arrived right away.

Easy set up
Set up was fairly easy to follow and it took about 2 hours because we took our time. Kids got to jump on it and havent taken a break.

It is huge! Seems very sturdy! Lacks in spring tool quality!
