We werent supposed to get the product until Sept 3rd. We go it on August 27th. I has an address change and I emailed them and they got back to me in less than a day. I was able to fix that through FedEx since they already shipped. Was missing the sprinkler and they had one shipped to me in 2 business days. We all love it. It was super easy to put up. If you need a trampoline, this is the place to buy it from.
