Joy did a great job handling my issue quick and promptly. They sent replacement parts for an issue I had. It was nothing related to bad product or an issue with the item, it was my problem and they fixed it for us. The item is great and so is the customer service should you have an issue.
We bought this trampoline for Xmas we put it together and found that the trampoline material as Freying in a area. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new product. It was likely damaged in shipping I think. Very stable and safe . Me and my kids feel comfortable now. Great quality
Love everything about this trampoline! The kids (5, 7, 10, 13, and16 year old) have been on it everyday! Theyre all able to jump together (albeit carefully). A fun way to exercise! Best Christmas present ever.
This trampoline is amazing!!! I was dreading putting this together because nothing ever seems to go right. By my surprise, the instructions were easy to follow and only took just over an hour to set up. The box is quite heavy. We unpacked and caried the pieces individually to the location we were setting it up. The kids have been jumping on this non-stop and I got on it too! The lights are an awesome addition. The net is very secure so I feel comfortable using this day and night. Great trampoline! We have already had hours of fun with this!
Bought this as a gift for my son and two weeks later had a huge windstorm. Trampoline filled and bent up several parts, customer service got me a parts list and when I told them what parts I needed they sent to me at no charge. My only recommendation is if you live in a windy area make sure to secure to the ground very well.

Trampoline is loved by all regardless of no ball/pump!
Received package in timely manner but had damage to the ball and pump provided to air up the ball. Directions were vague as well.
