This took me and a friend 4 hours to assemble. The parts dont all fit snuggly together and the instructions are hard to decipher. Ended up having to take it apart and reverse the orientation of pieces twice and then squeezing it all together at the end is no fun. There are hundreds of little pieces and lots of things that could have been designed as a single piece but werent for some reason.
The ladder is made of tiny little bars for steps and climbing up without shoes on is painful. My son can do it, but an adult my size will have a hard time. Its also way too unstable for an adult to climb and get into the top bunk.
Happy with this purchase so are the kids. These things are never easy to put together but beats purchases. Great price nice look. Just as seen in the picture!!!
The instructions for this bed are terrible. At no point does it tell you how or when to attach the bottom bunk to the frame. It doesnt make it clear how to attach the springs to the bed or the bed frame. One of the springs was bent all cry and hardly any of the holes for screws matched up.
