I almost bought a used bunk for 150, but I am so glad I just spent the little extra money for a new one. We wanted the twin over futon for our son so he can enjoy having friends over for games and movies in his room. It arrived quickly! The box wasnt overly heavy or awkward, so my wife and I were able to carry it up to the second floor and assemble it in my sons room while he was at school. Directions were super easy to follow, parts were all well labeled, and tools were provided. Granted it says not to use a power tool, I still used my electric DeWalt drill to assemble but adjusted the torque as not to strip the bolts. My wife and I were able to build this whole thing in about 3 hours, and that was really taking our time. The reviews that state this is difficult or took an entire weekend probably couldnt fold a paper airplane without help. This was super easy. If you can read instructions, know your alphabet, then this is a breeze. We love it, and so does my son! Just look at that pic! Get it!!
This bed was fairly easy to assemble. Just like any other piece of furniture I have put together. Very sturdy, which surprised me. I honestly wasnt expecting much with the 150 price point, but I was pleasantly surprised. For anyone wondering, you do not need a bunky board up top, and just placing the mattress on the bars works perfectly. Still love it.
Absolutely love this.Got the blue. Came in early. Only took hr n half to put together, with the help of my 15 yr old. Very sturdy. My 4 yr old loves his new bed. I strongly Recommend this bunkbed It was perfect!
This bed took a good amount of time to assemble but wasnt too difficult. The worst part of assembly is putting the supporting slats in for the mattresses. Its was really tedious at the end. The plastic pieces used to add sturdiness were difficult for me to put on and I pinched myself a lot while trying to get them all on. The bed is very sturdy and holds up to my two active boys jumping all over it. We really like this bed and think its a great value. Better directions.

All good/ attention to height
If you dont have a taller than average ceiling than kid wont be able to sit up on top bunk. Its the tallest bunk bed Ive ever seen. Nice fit.
