Was missing stuff to put it together also looked like stuff was opened and tapes back as if it was a returned item. Wasnt all new not that happy for paying full price for something that was previously opens and possible used and tmreturnes as well as missing item needed to put it together highly disappointed!!!
This took me awhile to figure out how to put it together but once I got started it was easy. And I used a drill, which made it way faster. Its a good product
My two younger grandchildren are thrilled with this bed. It gives them more space in their room. Easily separates to create two different beds. It is ok for the use.
Very easy to out together. THESE ARE CERTAINLY FOR KIDS NOT TEENS! Space between bunks is limited so be sure to use no more than a 10 mattress or there will be no comfort and lots of head hitting if it helps for size reference my son is 6. Everything is nice!
When I saw the box, I was sure there was missing parts, but everything was there and was ready to build. You will need some help and a drill with allen heads to speed the process up. I imagine you you use the hex tool provided, it would take 6/8 hours to build. It took myself, with the occasional help of my wife about two hours to assemble. The bed is beautiful and very sturdy. I did not think it would be as sturdy as it is, but I am 205lbs and when I lay on the bottom bunk to read to my daughter, it feels very sound. Great bed for the money and I would not hesitate to buy again. The painted finish is very nice and is in fact solid wood. Better price available for same designs

Sturdy set
Expresso set is more of a cherry color with very strong redness to the wood. Other than that very satisfied great value. Needs improvement in quality.
