I love the look of this frame, and it was a breeze to assemble. Unfortunately, less than a week after purchase and under what I would describe as fairly normal 2-person use (a total of 370lbs), several of the center struts buckled and the legs are now askew. I bent everything back as best as I could, but am fairly certain it wont last long. Edit: The company emailed me and offered to send a replacement for free, however the email address in said response that I was directed to contact was automatically redacted (by ?) and my response to said email hasnt yielded any results.
Im not sure how I feel about this product yet. As I was putting it together, I was unable to finish the first step. As I was putting the one post into the other, it has a slight dent in it so the pieces wont slide together. So my problem... do I try and box it all back up( box is in pieces all over the living room) or try and bend back the part and risk making it worse and scratching it?
The bed is nice and has a vintage look about it. Which is kind of good since it arrived with damage to the box which caused damage to the item in the box.
