One of the poles was damaged, I had to hammer back in shape so I could assemble. It was fairly easy to put together after that, be sure to put it together right where you want it because it is hard to move by yourself. All said and done it is a cute frame with room underneath for storage.
I searched for months for the perfect black frame for my bedroom. When I found this one I fell in love. Its beautiful. It took my husband about 2 ish hours to put it together with very little help. Its very steady. I was honestly shocked at all the support underneath the bed. I love how high it sits so I can use the space for storage. Definitely happy with my purchase.
When opening the package it seemed daunting to this 72 year old. Took lots of patience and organizing of the many pieces and different screws. After 3 hours of assembly we finally accomplished it, marriage still Intact.

40 year old, single mom, overweight back back (injury). I was able to put it together, alone in about 2 hours (I did not rush). Its going in my adult sons room, so hopefully it will stand the test of time. If I had to guess, it will. Worth the money!
The bed frame is beautiful. I was disappointed with the broken decorative knob. Im sure it happened in transport and my daughter was desperate for a bed frame so I cant send it back - or I totally would. Is it possible for a partial refund to the purchase? That would be the best!

Though there were many parts, The directions were one of the easiest to follow as far as assembling furniture goes. Im very pleased with my new bed!

upon opening the box there was already one major dent and a few scratches on the frame.
Beautiful bed but only lasted a year.
Bought this bed for my sons bedroom. It lasted a bit over a year before the frame bent in 3 places. Very disappointed.
