The directions suck but theres a YouTube video I used to help although it wasnt much better. Luckily its pretty self explanatory so I figured it out. Im 41 year old female and was able to put this together for my 90 year old grandmother in about 20 or 30 mins. She loves the massage and the lift helps so much to get her butt out of the chair without me having to pull or tug on her fragile skin. Well worth the money. This replaces her lazy boy recliner and she brags its much softer and much more padded than the lazy boy! I dont think she can actually feel the heat but I bought her a nice electric blanket which may be why she doesnt notice the heat in the chair. Id say we are 100% happy with our purchase. She weighs 180lbs and is 54 tall. I opted for the larger version probably would have been fine to have gone with the smaller one as she has lots of room on either side with the larger one.
This item worked well for about 1 month. It was given to my disabled husband. In just under a month, it stopped working so I am not happy with this product!
Great product. Very comfortable. When unpackagimg item we realized the power cord was missing. I sent a message to seller and was sent new cord immediately. Great customer service!
This is a great chair for someone short! I am 5 tall and it fits me, but for anyone over 58 it would be too short. It glides up and down quickly and whisper quiet. I dont really use the vibrator part, but it works. The grey color is nice, a dark grey. I like the fabric verses leather as it does not get too hot. I was upset about the shipping as it arrived in 2 different boxed a week apart, but it was right before Xmas, so a busy time.
