First off this chair is very comfortable. The power recline is a little jerky, but nothing to complain about. The downsize is I am 56 tall and when reclined fully half of my lower leg is hanging off the footrest which is very uncomfortable. I would recommend for a person shorter than me. I am on a fixed income and do not have the funds to return the chair, so I will pass it on to someone in the family that hopefully can use it. Nice fabric, easy to put together. Just wish it had worked out.
Got this for my mom recovering from surgery and its lovely. So easy to put together, shes more comfortable in the chair than the bed right now. She loves the massage and heat features... large and comfortable!! I was worried about such a large purchase without test sitting but it worked out great! Definitely recommend!!!!!!
It came in two boxes. Assembly went well for the most part. I did have a little trouble getting the upper side pieces for the back to slot together well, but I believe that was due to the overstuffed nature of the pieces. I did finally get it all together. Overall its quite comfortable and safe to operate. I only wish the back was able operate independently from the foot base as I would like to sit up a little straighter when I have my legs up. Thats the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating. For the price, I feel it is well worth it. The fabric is really nice.
Its perfect for my mother in law after hip replacement surgery. Its been a real treat. A little worried it might wear quickly. The massage is just more of a vibration not much else. The heating part can keep ya warm if you get chilled easily.

This chair was amazing for my mom who had cancer. She was miserable until I found her this. She was absolutely in love with the heat and massage.
