This is the most comfortable chair! My husband and I bought this recliner as I have very bad knees and I am anticipating a total knee replacement surgery soon and I will need help getting in and out of chairs. I thought this may help me. As for my husband, well, lets just say, he hasnt even let me use it yet as he likes it so much... I may have to order another 1. hahaha! The price is fantastic if you have ever looked online or in the big box stores, the fabric is very comfortable and will be easy to clean should we spill. It was very easy to assemble, its not as bulky as we thought, so having 2 in our small place wont be an issue, (we live in a mobile home) I would say this is an excellent purchase.

There was a little shipping snafu, we were send the wrong tracking info initially but that was not a big deal, chair still arrived well ahead of initial shipping stated time. Chair was super easy to assemble and very good quality. All functions work as listed. Very good chair for the price. We were expecting something a little larger. But it is perfect fit for my mother in law.
Chair is awesome. My knees are very weak but the lift chair allows to do more because it is not a hassle getting up!!!

The chair is comfortable the foot rest feels loose but hasnt failed the vibration works well. However this chair was bought for an elderly woman and rather short and once seated she has to wiggle her way back.
Very nice lift chair - its functional, comfortable and attractive. I would have given 5 stars but a couple of things prevented me from doing so:
- The chair gets a bit shaky when its in a significant lift position.
- My biggest complaint is with the lift control. Despite having a remote for the massage and heat functions, the up/down lift (the reason to buy the chair in the first place) control is flush tucked up under the armrest. You have to grope to find it and then hope you chose the right direction.
My wife wanted new recliners for our new house. We came across these that not only are recliners, but also lift chairs. My wife sometimes has trouble getting up, so this will save my back next time she needs help.
The only negative I found is the message and heat are both a little weak. You get a nice pulsing vibration, but it more soothing vs helping with muscle aches.
Assembly was easy, the sides and back slide into tracks on the base. Two stabilizers bolt onto the back of the base, which was the only part that required strength or tools. There are 3 wires to connect, but they have different pin configurations so they are easy to tell apart. I put together two chairs in a out an hour.
