I am happy with the chair it is perfect for my back. The color is nice.
however, originally I ordered the same chair in a different color, but no one contacted me to let me know it was out of stock and I paid for it on my master card account. I used two gift cards for 25.00 and I have no idea what happend to them.
Had a little issue with 2 power cords having the same connector and plugged them in backwards. Figured out that issue and chair is working. Front slides on arm rests were a little difficult to line up but still took about 15 minutes total to unbox and have setup and working.
The chair is wonderful! The corded remote is UNACCEPTABLE. It is IMPOSSIBLE to use without turning sideways. Please let us purchase an extra cable section or I am going to return it. It seems ALL of complaints of the very short cable have fallen on deaf ears. VERY SAD!!!!!
The product meet my needs. I will be sleeping on this chair for a couple a weeks due to a surgery and I cant lay down. I tried already and is very comfortable to sleep.
Bought this chair for my elderly father. He finds it comfortable and easy to use and clean.
One year later contacted seller to purchase a new controller as the wire had frayed. They asked for a pic and promptly sent a new controller.
Would purchase for this company again.
the side arms were a little hard to snap into the locked position. had to try 3 0r 4 times before they locked. other than that, we are very satisfied with the chair. it is a big help getting my wife to a standing position.

Received early! Chair looks and operates as described. Head bolster could be bigger for comfort.
