Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Bed looks great! We did not have to much room in the guest room, this platform bed solved our issues and it looks classy and put together!!
Buy it again. This is a great college bed. I bought a 9 foam mattress but I needed to put a box spring under it for extra support. The drawers add much needed storage space without taking up additional room space!
Worth the price !!! Its a really good bed. We like it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars its because some parts of the manual is confusing. Assembling it was so easy once you figure it out though. Overall were happy with this purchase.
UPDATED: The frame just broke and there was no way of fixing it. We kept the headboard which is keeping up nice and sturdy, we bought a new frame for half the price and is keeping up much better and even looks nicer.
We were a little hesitant because of the back and forth reviews. But we went with it because we didnt have a lot of storage space when we first got it. Yes, it takes a really really long time to put this together! But after all of it, totally worth it. Great price for a really nice bed. Havent had any problems with it, holding up super nice, and doesnt make much noise, and it looks great! We love it.
Very pleased! Shipping was tricky since the three boxes didnt deliver together. The directions were very simple to follow and we had it put together in just a few hours. You certainly dont have to be an engineer to assemble it. The finished product is exactly what we expected. Were very happy with it and recommend it to anyone that needs a extra storage!
Its a good looking bed. If you have night stands on either side you wont be able to use the drawers. It is made of thinner particle board. The bed does move around when you roll around in the bed. It could use some more reinforcing to stabilize it. One of the screws wouldnt go in, minor scratch on one of the boards, and one of the particle board slates were cracked when it delivered. It would be fine for a kids bed. Not sure how long it will hold up. It would be nice if the boards were thicker. You get what you pay for. I havent used the drawers yet, but they do open and close smoothly. Great storage option.
