Quality products. I really think its a great piece, Didnt take to long to set up. I would HIGHLY recommend using TWO people to carry this! VERY heavy for one person
Nice product. I would be very surprised if you could convince me that you found a better bed for less then 200.00 shipped. The simplicity of the design and the quality of the appearance is quite satisfying. beds are more expensive, less sturdy and not nearly as nice loo. We are getting a Live and Sleep memory foam mattress tomorrow and I will speak to comfort and usability later. My wife and I put the entire thing together in less then 30 mins and found the instructions to be very straight forward. If I had to suggest an improvement it would be to the headboard itself. I would have preferred that it was a bit more solid or a bit less flimsy and was about 5/10 taller. This is not a real complaint because I think the product delivers near perfection for the price. However, I would be willing to drop another 15.00/30.00 on the bed so that can add a bit more material for height and reinforcement. I am only knoc it down 1 star due to missing bolts in one of our side C panels. We have contacted and will report on that experience as well.
UPDATE: After a few days basically told us they dont have the parts (2 bolts) that were missing from the original packaging and they recommended I send back the entire bed. The bed is already put together and is missing two bolts from one of the C panels. I have told them that this is not an acceptable solution. Regardless of what happens at this point they are not offering a reasonable solution for their own mistake. I have removed another star for lack of quality customer service. I will report back if anything changes, but at this point it looks like I will have to go acquire parts locally for items I should have already received and have given them an opportunity to correct.
UPDATE 2: After reaching out to again they indicated the bolts are on the way and provided a trac number. I have replaced the star bring it back to a 4 star bed and to reflect the better customer service. I think they originally thought I needed the whole section and not just the two bolts.
Really Worth it The bed is absolutely beautiful. The fabric is thick and looks aming. The price was great for this bed. And putting it together was super easy and fast ! Will. It another one when my daughter is ready for a new bed.
Well made and packaged. I just put this bed together today. I had been loo for one like this for a while and when I saw the price I had to get it. It was extremely easy to put together. I did it myself in an hour or so. It looks more expensive than it is. I havent slept on it yet, but I am a little worried about the slats. They just dont seem as sturdy as they could be, but time will tell.
Great price and somewhat durable. Managed to put the whole thing together without too much difficulty / just had a little difficulty getting the package into my apartment!
The wood was quite badly damaged on some of the slats / my mattress is quite thin so not sure whatll happen. Heres hoping for the best!
Looks nice and sturdy. Package arrived promptly and in good condition, the box is quite heavy but easily manageable with 2 people. Very easy assembly (1 hour) and most parts were in great condition! All parts fit into the headboard similar to the other products. Highly recommend, great price for a great product/ loo forward to using this bed frame for years to come!
4 stars because one of the wooden slates was splintered and there doesnt seem to be a way to replace just that part/ it wont effect the overall bed but it would be great to get a replacement part.
