Thank you so much. I ordered the bed frame on the 11th of April, and received it on April 18th. Unfortunately, the crossbar that provided the length was for a full sized bed, not a queen, so it was too short. I called customer service, and I received a new crossbarhowever, I kid you not, this one is an inch or two too long for the side pieces! There is no way to adjust it, either. Customer service is closed right now, so I will call again tomorrow, but at this point, Im frustrated. I bought a great mattress on the same day, and its wor out great, but I still have no dang bed! I will update my review if I can just get a bed that works!
Update: I adjusted the star rating to 4 stars because, even though it took a couple of times to get it right, s customer service did work with me, and made sure to address the problem, and get a new bed to us. It is sturdy, not noisy or squeaky, and the slats are good quality.
Struggle. Center support rod was way too short to correctly assemble the bed. We left it unattached from the headboard and bottom, seems to be wor ok so far.
Incorrect parts made the assembly way more difficult than it should have been, but the final product doesnt seem any worse for the wear.
Fast service. I would write 5 stars however, the middle support bar I ordered for my Queen sized bed was not able to screw into the headboard and base board. After hours of wondering what I was doing wrong, the middle support bar was the wrong size (about 2 inches too short on each side). Other than that its a beautiful bed, easy to set up if all of the pieces are correct and sturdy.
Works great! Really easy to put together but seriously the box its delivered in is super heavy. Makes sense since its a bed frame but unless youre a body builder get a friend to help you carry it. The frame itself I should very nice, but the wooden slats underneath dont seem extremely sturdy. We got it for the guest room, which might have at most 10 ppl sleep on it in a year. Its definitely sturdy enough for everyday use, I just wouldnt do much jumping, or other vigorous activities, on there.
Very Sturdy product. This bed is really easy to put together and well though out from a design point of view. Unfortunately our first iteration of the item arrived with damage to the headboard. One of the buttons was missing / and metal was exposed in its place. I spoke with an rep and they suggested I just keep the item / order another one and swap out the broken parts which i did. Otherwise its really well designed and looks good and i like it. If yours comes not damaged id think its a 5 star bed. No idea how long it will hold up but for 200 i doesnt have to.
yes we like it. Love, love, love it. The only reason 4/5 stars/ when we unpacked unzipped the parts from the zippered back I noticed that one part (about 1.5/2 inches) of the zipper had come undone/unsewn. It would be more trouble to repackage return. Otherwise, Im happy.
Quality could be improved. This is a good memory foam mattress for the price. The support and comfort level is good. However it is very annoying that mattress is not flat at all, both top and bottom end are bent upwards.
Very easy to set up! I like it, but the box came in and says Full on the outside. There is not even a full option.
