While I have not tried my chair yet, I wanted to write a quick review regarding this sellers customer service. I had a small issue that was the fault of the carrier and NOT the seller. My issue was handled very quickly and professionally. Stellar A service!!

I assembled the chair and it is SUPER comfortable! I can definitely sit in this for hours on end with no back issues. So far so good!
It was so easy to assemble a child could do it. I did it solo in about a half hour. Extremely soft and plush. Cannot speak as to the quality over time, but feels like good material. However, being white I would be careful with pens or markers. ;)
I was hoping this chair would be able to rock slightly because I have trouble sitting still. The description mentions a rocking motion, but I have adjusted the tension and no rock. Other than that, its a great addition
Love my new office chair. Super comfy, nice tall back, beautiful navy blue color, liftable arm rests. The only downside is the wheels are terrible and dont roll well. I just bought better wheels to replace them. For almost $200, I shouldnt have to.
Nice chair. Attractive, functional, and over sized as advertised. It fits my big and tall sized husband who has serious back issues, 255 lbs, 62 and he likes it. The material and color of navy is beautiful. The five legged support keeps the wheels on the floor at all times even while leaning back.
My last office chair was made from leatherette and it peeled like crazy. This time I made sure to opt for some kind of upholstered material. I wanted something super comfortable and almost opted for a gaming chair. So glad I got this instead. It looks a lot nicer and is very very comfortable! The price is reasonable. Its perfect!
