Though this product was not 100% for me - I was not happy with the fabric and mechanical quality - the seller was extremely accommodating and helpful. If anything is wrong they will do their best to meet you halfway and will give you detailed troubleshooting instructions. Great service period.
I bought this for my new remote job, and it’s perfect! The seat is incredibly comfortable and soft, it leans and locks for finding the perfect position, and it looks great as well. My husband loved it so much he immediately bought one to replace his racer gaming chair. I even found my cat sleeping on it when I came home. It’s also great if you like to sit cross-legged… the arms fold up and the seat is wide enough for your legs. Definitely worth it!
