During the first assembly of the chair one of the screws broke off inside of the base off the chair. I couldnt get it out to replace it because it was too short. I reached out to customer support and they quickly verified the problem and sent me replacement pieces free of charge. Im comfortably sitting in the chair now writing this. Its a good chair and a good company.
Mine came without the lift, but I complained and they sent it to me. So far, Customer service, nice and friendly, even if I was very upset and not friendly at all. The chair itself is easy to assemble, light weight and stetically nice. Firm and confortable. I just dont know how long it will last, but for the price. I guess Ill buy more
I was disappointed my chair has defaults. I was so excited to receive it but wasnt expecting for it to not to work out. So while I was assembling it the holes didnt match were the screws go and its off on four screws. I really love the quality of the cushion seat and the mesh grey look but I wish I could just get a new one with the right measurements and they can take this one back to see what I mean by screw holes not matching where the arm rest goes and one bottom hole.
This chair fit together after some repeated tightening/untightening/realigning of the screws, and screwing bolts such that they dug into the plastic in the chair at some points. Additionally, the mesh in the back of the chair isnt taut enough to keep your spine from digging into the back plastic panel. The foam cushion on mine also came badly warped, as if it was cut or permanently dented across the front underneath the fabric.
The package was missing the most important part in the gas lift cylinder. When I received it, went to put the chair together, the bolt locked up and wouldnt tighten, ripping the bolt hole out of the bottom of the chair.shouldve went to Walmart to get the same type of chair

Not a quality purchase
This chair is not comfortable. The seat doe not have any cushion and the back does not feel supportive. Not worth the price.

Very simple and fast for 1 person to put together. Great all day comfort.
