    Its an awesome chair but.

This chair is quite comfortable, working from home I needed a chair that gives great back support, however there were some issues. 1. The wheels were very hard to put on had to use a hammer to get them to go in. 2. Some of the holes in the seat dont match up making assembly hard and annoying. I still cant put in one of the screws because it would mess up the alignment of the others. I see other reviews have the same complaints so I hope this company takes a notice.

    Terrible engineering and

The holes do not match up to properly connect the seat cushion to the armrest homes that should be used to secure the pieces together. The holes that house the wheels are the incorrect size. So I had to use the blades of a pair of scissors to skin the inside of the wheel holes in order to get them to go in.

    Great Customer Service

I bought this chair for my home office (Not a work/from/home, eight hour a day office, but a read the newspaper, play solitaire and watch YouTube videos home office). It fits the bill just fine for this function. Great price, pretty comfy for an hour or two at a time (maybe longer, I just havent been in it that long). My biggest kudos, however, are for the customer service.During assembly, one screw holding the arms to the seat would not screw into the bottom and hold in place, so I only had three of four working screws. I bought the chair through Prime, so I could have easily returned the chair as defective, gotten a refund and started over again; however, I didnt want the hassle of disassembling the entire chair, re/packing it in the original box, toting it over to UPS for shipping, etc, so I took a chance on contacting customer service and describing my problem and requesting a new seat bottom instead. To my delight, I received a prompt response from Customer Service stating they would send me a new seat at no cost. It took a few days to arrive (because it shipped from California, and I live in Georgia), but once received, I replaced the three screw seat with the new one. Assembly went off like a charm and I am now sitting on a stable, comfy chair writing this review. I do want to say that customer service is the often overlooked aspect of a company. When all goes well (which is most of the time),there is no way to evaluate customer service. When needed, and customer service is bad, I am quick to write a bad review; however, when all goes well, I sometimes forget to give props to a good customer service team, so here I am giving thanks to the customer service department for helping me out.

    Great Chair

Comfortable, easy to assemble and great for my college zoom classes and for doing work at my desk. I just needed something on a budget and short notice until I can find a professional chair I am happy with. It does the trick. I only had an issue with one of the arm rest holes being too small for the bolt, but I couldve easily drilled the plastic away, but it doesnt need it since the chair itself holds it in place anyway. Works for me and my needs.

    Worst thing to assemble

Listen when I tell you I was cussing like a sailor trying to put this stupid chair together. It was bad. Firstly, when you put the wheels on, no one tells you to get a freaking knife to bore the holes out more than beat them in with a heavy object. Secondly trying to figure out where the holes were for the arm rests, I literally had to cut the fabric to find them, they were supposed to be precut but I guess that step got lost somewhere during manufacturing. The chair looks cute dont get me wrong, it matches my pink gaming desk, but its an okay on comfort level, its not sitting on clouds, just a normal chair that hurts a bit after sitting in it too long. The back support is okay but not a wow factor for me. I rock in it just fine, but I have a big butt, so it hurts my thighs a bit after a while. I hope this helps some of you. SOO moral of the chair A+ in looks C/ in functionality in my opinion.

    Comfy but installation was rough

Cute chair but it the install was tough. Seemed as though the screws and inserts were not made large enough. Very difficult to put together. Broke a stew trying to get it to fit.
