Well made just what I was looking for! Kids loved the beds but it took me forever to get it all together. Very heavy no doubt! Cute but you better have all night to put it together.
This item was correct. This is a great product. All solid wood except for the plywood mattress slats (although it is a soft pine). The headboards had a dent due to shipping and they quickly sent new items. Excellent service on that front (thanks Jordyn). Lots of pieces that took over an hour to assemble but rock solid when done. Tip: Using a variable speed drill with the appropriate Allen wrench bit makes all the difference in assembly time. These are big screws and just using the supplied wrench would make the assembly very tough.

The pieces holding the top bunk railing in is not secure at all and I have to remind my kids constantly not to lean on it. You get what you pay for.

What might not be expected is making sure to have wood glue as youll need to assemble and glue together a lot of small parts to make the ends of the bed. Thats the part that took some substantial time to build. I guess thats how they make their margin by not assembling anything. Still worth the purchase if youre above than average handy. If youre not handy dont buy these beds you will regret.

It took a bit longer than the directions suggested to complete but then again I am in my seventies and most things take me longer to complete anymore. The directions were detailed and not too difficult. My granddaughters loved the finished product.
Holes are not properly made make sure you have tools to properly enlarge holes for screwes. After i did 2 (which took over an hour) i didnt want to do the other 6 so i threw it out. Stay away dont waste your time.! BUYER BEWARE OF TRASH PRODUCTS!
This is really easy to assemble and pretty sturdy. The bed assembly was not too hard. Did it myself and only needed help when lifting the upper bed in position. The wood quality is pristine. Packaging was enough to protect the wood. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a double bed. The kids are happy. The odor is taking awhile to go away but it is common for furniture to give that smell.

The moment we opened the box it already had some flaws like cracks in the wood
