We received one piece damaged but after contacting directly they sent a new box with the entire bunk bed again, we kept the piece we needed, and then printed off the return label that was emailed and returned the rest of the bed. Customer Service exceed expectations and were easy to work with.

beautiful.This is a great bed. Very stable! We bought it for the attractive steel/wood style and because the ladder does not jut out (reducing tripping hard). It is very high quality, didnt break the bank and my kids love it!
