So this chair came and was super easy to assemble and pretty comfortable. It sort of forced me to have better posture at first, was nice to work from home in. The swivel is smooth//almost too smooth as theres so little resistance and no locking mechanism so youll rotate if any pressure is applied. The arms are too low to really use as armrests unless you slouch in the seat, but since I was working at a desk I didnt really need them for anything other than I like feeling cradled, I guess.
But the cushion in the seat has all but disappeared. It offers no real support and without the cushion I just sort of slide forward. Which goes hand in hand with the new issue//since you tend to slide forward in the seat now the chair itself kind of has sted to tip down. When I get up sometimes theres a loud cracking sound and I have to put effort into sitting up to keep the chair from drifting down and trying to dump me out of the seat.
Its a shame because its a nice looking chair. I just wish it was longer lasting. Not best.
Looks nice and sturdy. I originally received the wrong item / I ordered the brown faux leather chair and was shipped the gray fabric one. At first the return process requested that I pay the item shipping to send it back to the sellers in China, despite the wrong item error being on their end. The sellers were very responsive to my customer service request when I asked for help resolving the wrong item issue. Instead of making me return the chair to get my refund since I did not receive the product that I ordered, they provided me with a full refund and told me that I no longer need to ship the item back to maintain the refund. Thus, the sellers efficiently resolved my order issue and prevented inconvenience on my end. I would recommend this chair since the customer service was fantastic. Also, while I didnt get my original order, I did end up assembling the chair to be able to give it a proper review. The gray fabric chair that I received does not smell. It is also comfortable and swivels nicely. I am small person 53 125lbs. The chair was comfortable and roomy for me. We did not have any issues setting it up either.
thanks great product. Very happy with everything about this chair. Its excellent quality, comfortable, functional and beautiful. I bought it for a home office chair that I use at my desk and its comfortable to replace my typical office chair which was not the best look for a home office environment.
Looks solid, easy to assemble. Owned it for about 6 months no complaints. Yes it does have that fresh out the manufacturer smell, but goes away after a couple days, nothing thats not tolerable after a few days of febreeze fabric sprays. Very comfortable has a modern style.
Great! I found this chair easy to assemble, even with a two/year/old assistant helping me. The chair looks great, I get so many compliments on how cute it is. I chose this chair over a traditional office chair because my desk is in our living room.
At the price point I would have expected it to feel comfortable to sit in for a while, but its really exceeded my expectations for comfort. No, its not a 500 ergonomic chair, but its certainly better than the chairs we have when I go into the office.
The chair came with felt squares on the bottom of the legs. After about two months of daily use, two of them have come off. Im having a difficult time finding something else to protect my wood floors because of the angled, square legs. The cupped style of chair leg cover doesnt fit on them quite right. Thats my only complaint, but I also think its to be expected with this style of leg.

Great price and somewhat durable. Like the legs it comes with and that is wood. Spins and comfortable and fabric is nice.
