Looks nice and sturdy. I originally received the wrong item / I ordered the brown faux leather chair and was shipped the gray fabric one. At first the return process requested that I pay the item shipping to send it back to the sellers in China, despite the wrong item error being on their end. The sellers were very responsive to my customer service request when I asked for help resolving the wrong item issue. Instead of making me return the chair to get my refund since I did not receive the product that I ordered, they provided me with a full refund and told me that I no longer need to ship the item back to maintain the refund. Thus, the sellers efficiently resolved my order issue and prevented inconvenience on my end. I would recommend this chair since the customer service was fantastic. Also, while I didnt get my original order, I did end up assembling the chair to be able to give it a proper review. The gray fabric chair that I received does not smell. It is also comfortable and swivels nicely. I am small person 53 125lbs. The chair was comfortable and roomy for me. We did not have any issues setting it up either.
