These are much better than many others for the same price. I bought counter stools from target for around the same price and the pleather started coming off the chairs in 3 weeks and had to return them. Weve had these now almost a month and they are holding up way better than the last. I would recommend them to others!
These chairs are beautiful and comfortable. They come already put together. And well packaged. They are really sturdy and feel heavy. I bought 2 and the feet are even in both of them. All together they are a really great buy. Cute and good quality

The chairs are beautiful but the customer service is what was aming. We had an issue and they were quick and understand of our concerns and resolved it in a timely manner.
Unlike some reviews this doesnt come fully assembled. At least mine didnt, but its two pieces/frame and seat, and they go together in 60 seconds with 4 screws, no tools required. The swivel is smooth, and the height is perfect for a counter table. The fake leather isnt too fake, and the color is a neutral brown/grey. I still think 250 is a lot to pay for one chair, but overall im very happy and it makes my morning coffee super comfortable.
These are going to be used around our peninsula in our new kitchen remodel. I was a bit disappointed to learn that no color swatches were available so I ordered on faith. The grey color seems to have a hint of a green undertone but is going to work well with our walnut cabinets, green backsplash, and quartz countertops.
Assembly was easy and I do appreciate the metal bar on the front step to help provide protection.
The seats are soft but seem substantial. They are, however, completely lacking in lumbar support. But, these arent seats that Ill be sitting in for hours, so Im not overly concerned about that. The overhang of the seat also seems larger than I would expect, so it seems like me feet dont have a natural place to rest (Im 57). Ive found that if I pivot the seat to an angle and put each foot on a different cross bar, its better for me. Friends have tried it out and described it as very comfortable so it may be very individualized.
The counter height is described as 26, which is what I was looking for, but the barstools are actually 25 and then you sink down at least another 1 when sitting. Biggest problem with the vinyl/type material is that it causes you to slip forward and out of the seat, which is unacceptable. Immediately requested a refund on a day of arrival and return authorization was approved a few days later, but the seller tried to offer a 15 discount if I would keep them. I refused and asked for a full refund and pre/paid return mailing instructions. Mailing instructions were provided but the seller wants me to pay to return them! Im still waiting for an acceptable response. Update: Seller has agreed to arrange FedEx pickup. Return finally completed and refund provided after multiple attempts.
