This gets shipped in 3 boxes and they arrived on different days. Initially seemed strange, but everything arrived just fine. The final product looks great, but it was exhausting getting it there. Many of the holes didnt line up, and it took a lot of strength to get it to the end result. Its definitely a 2 person job, and it requires someone with a little brawn. Also, we originally thought they forgot to send us the screws and legs, but they were hiding in the cushion. I just had a hunch to unzip it, which if I hadnt, Im not sure we would have ever found them. Lol! It is a bit firm (definitely not soft), but that doesnt bother us. In our opinion, its a bit expensive for the amount of work it needs in order to put it together, but we are still happy with our purchase as it looks great in the room. I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
This product delivers what it claims. I bought this to go in a family members room bc they have Alzheimers and one of us has to be in the room overnight.
/It was relatively easy to put together (you need two people to align/attach the seat cushion to the arms).
/You need to know that the instructions are hidden in the zipped area on the back of one of the panels. Also,
its hard to see which way the wheels go on bc the pix are so small / and they are labeled in a strange way).
/Looks great and hope it will hold up.

Staring with the color: aming and bright. Its really spacious, meaning whoever is goin to sleeps there will be ok, its comfy and easy to ensamble.

I wanted to give this a FIVE. UNFORTUNATELY, this furniture missed the mark. To be honest, the first shipment (I had no idea how many boxes were included, but there are three.two arrived together, and the third arrived just as I was about to return the furniture). So, review: the Convertible Chair Bed 3/in/1, arrived perfectly packed (although one box did not arrive with the others). One person can put this together, but recommend two. All pieces were in the boxes, but read the instructions carefully. The color (dark gray) is perfect. The furniture, when extended into a bed, or with the ottoman pulled out, is awkward to get into. The comfort is non/existent. This thing is hard as a park bench, and for anyones money, not worth the purchase price. It didnt get returned because I have back issues, and it was not worth the hassle. The pillows are soft. Thats about it. Sorry, but looks are deceiving. I would eliminate this item from the inventory, until its reimagined with stuffing and way to get in, and get out. Oh.the back does not support your head or neck.Considering returning
I loved the color, but had been warned by local furniture stores that I would not get delivery by Christmas. They also could not give me delivery until February or later. Sofa arrived as promised, on time, and really brightens up a winter bedroom. Well done, great delivery
Used for extra company. Like the look. Was frustrating to assemble due to predrilled holes not matching up with metal frame. Underneath carriage does not line up with front of chair.highly disappointed!!!
Very good customer support. The chair is easy to assemble. Item does arrive in multiple boxes which makes it easy to handle. This chair is extremely rigid and no matter what we did, it hurt. We even tried removing the cover to add foam padding and that did not hurt. The chair feels like a very hard wood and hurts even worse if youre attempting to use it as a bed. No one in my home could sit in this chair for longer than 30 minutes without severe pain. It was too difficult to box back up and ask for a return, so I took a loss on this item and donated the chair to a local charity.
The yellow is extremely bright yellow, which I wasnt expecting. The color is not bad, but be warned its very bright. As I said earlier, customer support is wonderful and I dont think its possible to break this chair, so Im giving it a decent rating for sturdiness, but comfort gets one star or less (if that were possible). Hope to improve in the future
This chair is so versatile and cute as an extra seat and bed in my apartment! Some of the prepared screw holes were longer than the provided screws, but we were able to eventually get everything together Very pleased with this purchase
I love how big it is for someone at 63; enough for me to lay down. Comes with some nice pillows. However, it sinks a lot exposing some of the frames to my back when laying down. Definitely not somewhere I would want to sleep for hours, but okay enough for a quick rest. comfortable and stylish product, great for guests
