I received this item as a gift for Fathers Day 2020. First of all, the item was well packaged. At first glance, it looks very elegant. The walnut lacquered finish is absolutely gorgeous. It is well built and will last for a very long time. My Rolex Submariner finally have a place to call a home. Makes a great display case as well. Its been operating flawlessly and quietly for a few days. I love it so far. I will review it again in a few months. So far so good. I hope it will last for a very long time. Thank you.

Pros:
The package came with 4 watch pillows (2 were extra) that are really good quality. The case feels very sturdy. I looped the watch bracelet around the cushions (with the bracelet buckles closed) and inserted the cushions in the box. The cushion holds the watch well / its snug when the buckles are close but also very gentle for the watch. The motor was so quite and I almost cant hear any sound. I think the opening of the case was very thoughtful(difficult to explain, you can see in the third image).
Cons:
I dont need the blue lights for my rose gold watches. I guess it will look cool on black or silver hardware.
Overall:
I highly recommend this watch winder!
now i got this, i wished i had brought the 4 watch box instead. out of 3 watch boxes i have, this is by far the best quality and workmanship. superquiet and does the job, my other boxes are not the same quality. great value!
