Curiously, This model does not have a true off switch, (manual implies there is one) .but does offer a switch that enables the winder to stop when the display window is open. Seems to be an afterthought/ (wouldnt you want that to happen anyway)
The light emits a nightclub purple/ kinda cool, and does have its own off switch, for when the party is over.
It is relatively quiet and was advertised utilizing the same motors as found in much more expensive alternatives.

I purchased this watch winder for my Roles Submariner. I received the product quickly and the packaging was very well secured. The watch winder is beautifully made and has great craftsmanship. It comes with 4 pillows (2 per size), 2 cords (one with a standard wall plug, and the other for USB). The motor is nearly silent, I am unable to hear it at all. The blue light is great looking but in our bedroom, a little bright for our sleeping preference so I turned it off. All in, its a great product for the price and I highly recommend it.
I almost bought a more expensive model, but thus thing is ultra elegant,super quiet and so nice I want to put it in the living room, which I would if the timepieces inside werent so valuable. 5 stars.
