After hours on the phone with customer service and the rep completely not understanding the problem, we made a trip to the hardware store and purchased some custom metric/threaded screws that were too long, and washers to make them fit, and finally got it assembled. All I really wanted was more hardware (we were missing 3 screws and had an extra 3 incorrect screws). This was for my sons first apartment, so it worked out okay. Great value. Very sturdy.
I love this table chairs set so much! First of all, its very stylish, it matches the style of my house perfectly. They are perfect for breakfast dining and small meals. Perfect for small space.

The table came late with the tabletop corner damaged. The tabletop finish has defects too. It looks nice but the stools are uncomfortable and definitely need cushions/toppers.
Update: I am receiving a replacement tabletop from the seller which will hopefully be in good shape. My son loves it!
