My 11 yo daughter has been asking for a bean bag. Since she lies on the floor to watch TV with us in the living room, I figured this might be a nice upgrade in her comfort, and add a little more casual seating to the living room.
Like one of those foam mattresses, this arrives in a deceptively small box. Also like those mattresses, the memory foam in there takes a few days to fully expand. The instructions advise you to fluff it up to break up the foam and help it reach maximum potential fluffiness.
The bean bag itself is a tan color, but comes with a black cover that you put on it. This will make it possible to clean the outside when it gets dirty, which is a great feature. It was easy (especially before it reaches maximum fluff) to get the cover on and zip it up.
The most surprising thing to me about it is that it seems larger in person than in the photos. While it says big enough for a kid/teen, Im a 150 lb, 55 tall man and Im perfectly comfortable on it as well. Its easily big enough for most adults.
My daughter absolutely loves it, and even fell asleep on it the other day. It looks nice in the living room and seems well made. Id also add that this filling material seems much more comfortable the the old fashioned beans or whatever they used to fill them with back in the day. My only (slight) ding is that I wouldnt hate a little more filling material, but I also think that this will be less of an issue as keep fluffing it.
This is not your average bean bag. For one there are no beans, instead the bag is full of bits of memory foam. Prepare to be confused when the box arrives because its about the size of two couch cushions stacked on top of each other. Thats because the memory foam has been vacuum sealed. After tearing open the disposable plastic bag it comes in, a few tosses and shakes has it expanding significantly (the instructions say it needs 24 to reach its full size). After that it you add it to the micro suede cover and youre set.
Honestly, this pictures dont capture how large this bag it. We have two kids sitting on it together regularly with ease (even two adults in a pinch). And its super comfy between the soft micro suede cover and memory foam inside--its like lounging on a cloud. Weve had friends and family asking where they can buy their own
This is really an amazing bag. Hard to get into, but once the box is opened, u have to break the foam apart and let it expand inside the bag for a cpl days. After about 3 days, the bag had expanded to a perfect size for me, and it was super soft. I purchased for my special needs daughter. She really enjoys it. So far, it is just a fluffy as it was around day 3. I wish I had gotten the bigger one. My daughter is about 4’6 and 90 pounds and her legs/feet hang off. My husband had to cut the foam out of its bag (once out of box). It is sealed airtight. It was actually kind of fun breaking foam apart so it can expand.
good looking, good quality but super stiff. Not the bean bag I remember. Cumbersome and rigid unless you constantly roll it around. Will keep it but really not worth the price tag.

Perfect gift
This was a Christmas gift for my grand-daughter. It was the perfect size and exactly what she wanted.

Soft and comfortable
My kids love it and actually use it as a bed under their bunk...easy to clean and move around...
Definitely chill worthy
Very comfy and large; everyone loves it- looks nice too. I need help getting out of it though LOL.

These bags are amazingly comfortable and seem to be high quality. I searched for hours to find one that was nice and ended up with this. I own 2 now.
Very large and super comfortable
