Overly long story, possibly was just unlucky but had a number of problems with our order. Initially we only received half of the product due to a shipping issues (only 1 of 2 boxes got sent). Customer service was quick and helpful, so the 2nd box came in about 1 week or so later. Unfortunately while building it, it became clear there was a manufacturing defect (slats on one side fell through, the other side didnt fit). Customer service recognized this and were prompt, though stated there werent replacement pieces readily available and there would be further delay to rectify. Since we had already had our mattress ready to use for a few weeks at this point, we pried the pieces apart and remeasured and hammered the pieces back together (not ideal, and not what you should have to do for 400 piece of furniture).
Nice size. Bought the Twin XL frame for my son. Assembly was easy enough and instructions were good with no missing parts. Son likes to rough house and jump on his bed and so far the sturdy frame has held up. Son is happy and so am I.

Go for it! Great quality, super easy to assembly and very sturdy. The slats are easy to place in and the hinges are already pre/installed so no hassle with screws and nails.
Enough strength. Best frame i have ever purchased, Super sturdy and far better quality than any frame I have ever purchased before! Highly recommend, They also have a great customer support team.

It is ok. This is a fine bed for the price. The almond stain matched my natural cherry furniture. The frame is sturdy and stable.

Good Sturdy Bed Frame

Well worth it.
Easy to fix. Very solid and easy to assemble. I really like that the king size has eight feet to to distribute the weight.
