Fair, but multiple problems in our case (hopefully unusual)
Overly long story, possibly was just unlucky but had a number of problems with our order. Initially we only received half of the product due to a shipping issues (only 1 of 2 boxes got sent). Customer service was quick and helpful, so the 2nd box came in about 1 week or so later. Unfortunately while building it, it became clear there was a manufacturing defect (slats on one side fell through, the other side didnt fit). Customer service recognized this and were prompt, though stated there werent replacement pieces readily available and there would be further delay to rectify. Since we had already had our mattress ready to use for a few weeks at this point, we pried the pieces apart and remeasured and hammered the pieces back together (not ideal, and not what you should have to do for 400 piece of furniture).
