I received this cage and it smoothly was assembled minus 1 of the 4 latches that connect the first tier cage to the base of the cage that arrived broken. I probably could have exchanged the cage, but it wasnt anything that would cause my bunny to escape. Strong door latches. The stairs from one floor to another do not lock in place. The stairs connect by hooking 2 teeth on the stairs into 2 grooves on the floor. More than likely, its not going to unlatch, but it could have been made to be more secure or a tighter fit. I really like the drawer that pulls out under the slotted floor for easy cleaning. Such a perk! Overall, my bunny is secure and, I think, happy.
To all of you who have purchased this cage for Guinea Pigs, I bet you to please do your research. GPs are not anatomically equipped for climbing and can easily injure or kill themselves in multi level cages if they fall. The best types of cages for them are SINGLE level only. They also cannot go on a wheel or in a ball for their spines are fragile and can break their backs easily. Please please do research to keep your pets safe!
I think its great for the price. It was a little warped when we put it together which made it a little harder to assemble. The plastic tray is cheaply made, but other than that its a decent cage. My Guinea pig is terrified of it
I had to re enforce all the parts with zip ties to keep it sturdy but other than that its a very large spacious cage. Bars are to big for small birds or baby mammals like rats or hamster
The the cage was purchased for two Guinea pigs and yes it was easy to put together but once it was together the way the grids are made in the inside are to wide for Guinea pigs feet and it is also not wide enough for two Guinea pigs and my Guinea pigs was very uncomfortable so I had to by the another habitat so they could live comfortably also the tray kept coming back out and the doors also jammed up on me a few Times so I would like a replacement or a refund but I just learned to deal with it and use it on a as needed bases but I do like how firm and sturdy it is overall my boys did seem excited when it first arrived to the house
This is a good product overal, its very sturdy the cage itself but I had to take a star off because the little ramps easily come off. I used this for my bunny and of course he hops and he knocks done each one as he hops from one to the other. I think zip ties would help keep them in place but its a great product overall

Great but ramps dont stay on

theats and other small pets are not as stated do not buy
do not buy this small animal cage it has a unsafe bottom grate for the small pets feet
Nice cage
The only bad is I had to put a box in the bottom for him to make a bed beside that it is a good cage for the price
We put adhesive carpet strips on the ramps and shelves.
I got this cage for my three piggies. Its beautiful, sturdy and easy to put together.
